Successful websites require regular maintenance and updates that will take up your time, staff morale and budget. More often than not, a dedicated employee is not necessary for these tasks and freelance designers/developers can cost a fortune. Moreover, many of our clients do not wish to see their search engine marketing efforts or high-end design dollars go toward simple copy changes and basic updates. To assist our customers in keeping these costs down and revenue high, Cirque Marketing now offers a set of Maintenance Contracts that can reduce your costs by up to 40% over standard developer/designer hourly rates.

The true goal of the Maintenance Contract is to lessen the burden on your staff and budget by delegating these mundane tasks to our web technicians. The small changes, updates and projects should not require high-end oversight by senior level staff nor necessitate documentation beyond an email or two. This process will save your time, effort and stress as your day-to-day updates are simply forwarded to our maintenance staff.

As a GUIDELINE, the Cirque Website Maintenance & Development Contracts will:

• Edit, revise or update new content on existing pages based on
  Customer request.
• Provide consultation service for any projects that impact the
  Web Site and/or projects defined in the project specified above.
• If requested, provide disaster recovery from backup and maintain
  a current file library of all assets, graphics, source code and revision history.
• Offer advice and guidance on Web Site management & marketing.
• Liaise with hardware engineers, hosting customer support and other
  affiliate service entities.
  
  

As a GUIDELINE, the Cirque Website Maintenance & Development Contracts will not:

• Create new graphics, content, code, scripts, media or other
  additional elements.
• Monitor operating system or Server Status unless otherwise specified
  and agreed upon.
• Be responsible for errors and omissions contained in Web Site content
  your company has provided unless EDITING has been included in the timeframe.
• Install software, patches, fixes, updates to operating systems or
  servers.

Of course, we are most interested in providing the best service to our clients and any update/addition/revision can be reviewed for inclusion. All requests beyond the scope of the above points are taken on a case-by-case basis and you should discuss any plans with your account representative.

Based on an expected hourly need and a 6 month contract, the following contract options are available:
